I saw a very low quality version of "Codebreakers" a while ago although
I can't find it now. I didn't thinks it covered the issues at stake very
well. However it did cover the issue of how people in poorer countries
access technology very well.

I've been thinking about doing some free software related talks for a
while, but never had a fixed date to get me motivated. This is
perfect! :)

I'd be interested in giving some sort of general free software talk.
I'll have a bit of a think and get back to you soon.
