xml rpc ZODB server response it is not xml

Hi!

When I connect to ZODB using XMLRPC, 
as a server response I get byte answer not "xml" .

What should I do ? 

Maybe should I configured server ZODB but how ?
Have you got similar problem ? 
Please give me some fragments of code ?

trying to install xmlrpc-epi-php

Hello,
I am trying to install xmlrpc-epi-php extension, and I need
libxmlrpc.so  library according the instruction manual.

I can't find this library and how to install it anyway?

any answer is appreciated

Need some clarification of the spec.

I need some clarification of the XML-RPC spec, and I can't seem to
find the information elsewhere.

I am confused as to the value portion of a struct member.

For simple types it is clear:

<struct>
  <member>
    <name>foo</name>
    <value><string>bar</string></value>
  </member>
</struct>

But for complex types it becomes unclear.
Does the format replace the value tag with the complex type tag, the
way a param tag works, like so:

<struct>
  <member>
    <name>foo</name>
    <array>
      <data>
        <value><string>bar1</string></value>
        <value><string>bar2</string></value>
      </data>
    </array>
  </member>
</struct>

It's the same for complex types as for simple ones:  your second example,
with the value given as a <value> element.

Nothing replaces the value tag in the way the param tag works.  You
have the same redundancy there as inside complex types:

  <param><value><i4>41</i4></value></param>
