I changed the main NOTICE files to 2009 because
they are the top-level ones, and surely we will 
be modifying something in core Forrest over the
coming 2009 year.

The rest were for plugins. For those i only updated
them to 2008 if there was an edit during the past
2008 year.

My site's output is the default "xhtml-1.0 strict" coming from the Dispatcher plugin. I have my extra
"script" tags at the end of the last "div" element of "body". From my reading of the DTD, that is allowed.
Also in "xhtml-1.1" okay.

The site does validate okay with W3C Validator.

Remove local edits for input tei plugin

Just checking, the forrest.properties of the input.tei plugin has :-

According to http://projects.apache.org/categories.html
"testing : Software designed to test or verify other software"

That does not sound like Forrest to me.

Yes.

Both of those local paths should not be there in the
committed work.

They look like config for Ross' own local extra development stuff.

AFAIK the "project.required.plugins.src" is not required.
I presume that Ross was over-riding that, so as to also
point to his extra work stuff.
