Bylaws for ecovillage nonprofit

Dear balanced eco-people,
Can anyone share with us all or part of the bylaws they made up for a US
non-profit corporation set up to raise startup funds for an ecovillage?
We would like to establish a green business incubator as one focal point of
our ecovillage economic plan and the funds raised by the nonprofit would be
used as startup loans for entrepreneurs or coops.
Therefore, I would especially appreciate hearing from anyone who made bylaws
that encompass this function.
Thanks so much in advance.

I think there are a lot of us who could benefit from that information!

Getting this group Back on Track

Let's get this group back on track:

Eden Valley is in Northern California

What we care about is People, Food and Energy
Self-Sustainability, eating fresh locally grown
Organic Foods.

Living Close to the Earth in Passive Solar Homes
within a Clean Natural Healthy Environment.

We care about creating Sustainable Jobs within a Human
Scale Micro-Economy that are Compassionate and
Eco-Logical, and raising Healthy and Happy Children
within a Natural Learning and Healing Environment.

For those who care about the same things there are
meetings and email groups that you really need to join
if you want to stay well informed as we progress. But
these groups are not for the faint of heart.

We do meet in Glen Ellen, 4 times a year and we do
hope to see your smiling face at our next meeting
which will be announced in our email group. But first
please do read the entire website from cover to cover,
and then of course you do have to have something good
to say when you come just like it would be in any
other community.

We will be at the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center
this weekend. Be there at 11 am, on Saturday, August
26, for a tour of the gardens and an open house, and
there we will have a chance to meet some of the people
involved. Come a little bit early, and carpool if you
can.

That will be held at - 15290 Coleman Valley Rd.
Occidental CA.

More info can be found here: www.oaec.org
