hydrogen fuel cell underwater vehicle/scooter

To whom it may concern,

I am currently a final 4th year Industrial Design university student
studying at the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. The
final year course extends over an 8 month period consisting primarily
of a major research dissertation/thesis and a following design
product.

I am proposing to focus the design towards a personal recreation
underwater vehicle/scooter that will further enhance the freedom and
flexibility of diving and underwater activities. The first semester
of the course will involve a detailed research and analysis phase
that will result towards the research dissertation/thesis. The
knowledge and experience gained through this will provide relevant
information to implement towards the design process and eventual
product.

In approaching you I have been informed by my university supervisor
that I need to approach possible stakeholders who may be in a
position to provide guidance towards my project; individuals who are
able to provide professional experience and expertise towards the
design project. The potential is to gain contact with relevant
assistance throughout the 8 month period focussing on such aspects as:

 Vehicle propulsion, with a direct reference to free energy sources
and self powering motion. I am considering using hydrogen fuel cells
as the method for propulsion, and provides the purpose for contacting
you. I have limited background knowledge on hydrogen fuel cells,
however am considering this method due to the increasing interest and
awareness of environmental issues. Considering the underwater

Try Ceramic Fuel Cells who have a fuel cell plant in Melbourne.

No more Arab Oil!!!!!!!!!!!!

No more Arab Oil!!!!!!!!!!!!

Considering gas prices have risen $.21 per gallon in the past ten
days here I thought this was a timely and interesting piece. Where to
buy gasoline and not support terrorism is food for thought.

Yisrael Medad of the Begin Center sent the following information.
Every time you fill up the car, you can avoid putting more money into
Middle Eastern coffers. Just buy from gas companies that don't import
their oil from the Middle East.

Nothing is more frustrating than the feeling that every time I fill-
up the tank, I am sending my money to people who are trying to kill
me, my family, and my friends. I thought it might be interesting for
you to know which oil companies are the best to buy gas from.

Major companies that import Middle Eastern oil (for the period
9/1/00 -8/31/01):

Shell 205,742,000 barrels
Chevron/Texaco 144,332,000 barrels
Exxon/Mobil 130,082,000 barrels
Marathon 117,740,000 barrels
Amoco 62,231,000 barrels

If you do the math at $30/barrel, these imports amount to over $18
BILLION!

Here are some large companies that do not import Middle Eastern oil:

Re: No more Arab Oil!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you thought of the number of non- Arab livelihoods in non-Arab
companies that you may be jeopardising? Talk about paranoia!

Additionally, there are probably more Arabs who don't really care about
Americans one way or the other than there are Arabs who want to kill
Americans. Talk about rascism!

Think about it! I don't know which state has the highest number of murders
committed but for argument's sake, say it is New York. Does this means that
the other American states should sancction and ostrasize New York "because
they are all gangsters and murderers" who "spread terror among ordinary
peace loving citizens"?

THINK BEFORE YOU ACT!

Ricky
