There are probably many others with the same question. There are a few possible
reasons why messages have not come through, but the most likely cause is just
that traffic has decreased quite a bit over the past few months.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one with that question. I've seen almost no traffic!

Family member support group

I was recently contacted by the wife of a flight crew member that was killed
in a crash earlier this year. She was hoping to make contact with others in
her situation, both to help her during this time of year and to offer her
support to others.

Is there an established support group for loved ones of those killed in the
line of air medical duty? If not, and you personally know anyone that may
be interested, would you forward any contact information to me?

Thanks in advance.

Bariatric patient transports

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone can help me find a needle in a haystack. I am looking for a fixed wing program that can
manage a bariatric patient, greater than 450 lbs, on a balloon pump. You can respond to me on or off list.

Thanks,

Re: Bariatric patient transports

Garet.
You surely have a special request!! I can tell you that I work with a
fixed wing program that has transported a near 500lb. patient, she wasn't on
any advanced devices and it was a challenge.
You can contact my dispatch/flight coordinator and question them
regarding this delema, our main headquarters is in Albuquerque.

Good Luck!
