I'd say it's just a number, in German it would be 671 821 818,91 or
617.821.818,91 (617 Mio 821 thousand and so on), as in German . and ,
are used the other way round than in English.

We are requesting for your help for a testing phase of the project:
providing agricultural information for sustainable rural development in local languages.

Could you kindly dedicate a few minutes of your time to translate a few lines in your native language ?

Thanks, Casey! One thing to note is that we're simultaneously
finalizing the designs. Not ideal, but we're working on the basis of
pretty near-final prototypes now. There will probably need to be a
couple of updates to add/modify messages, but we'll try to keep them
in batch as much as possible.

Rand or Cary will share these prototypes and further background
tomorrow so that you can have a look at what you're translating for.

Am I the only one who is working on translating this message into Japanese, or are there a group of volunteers who are translating this message into the same language at that same time?
