According to your user page at mediawiki.org
(http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:80686) you were born in 1981.

In which particular field were you known at the age of 10?

In this age I weren't known anywhere. I started using this name (not knowing
that it will later be used by Intel for all CPUs > Pentium) because I was
young and stupid and found the naming scheme from Intel interesting ;-)

In these days I was mostly sitting around the old nice telnet chat of CCC in
Berlin and made my first steps in computing and the later upcoming Internet.

We won't be able to get the right idea behind it, but I found the naming
scheme interesting, was young and needed a "cool" name... so I used that one.
Now all newer Pentiums are named 80686 - which is quite funny as in these days
nobody thought of that.

But as nobody used this name except me I was keeping it... as nickname in
chats, ICQ, domain name... whatever. I use it as a username anywhere but - if
you have a look at my wiki contributions - I use my full name as a signature
because I support the demand for "real" users.

It's Pentium-II, Rob.

block titles extension

Hi,

I added a simple extension that provides the ability to prevent articles
with certain title names from being saved or created. A spam problem we have
on wikiHow - which appears to be coming from a bot - is that several
articles are created with URLs for title names. This is a pretty straight
forward way of preventing this:

restrict read/write to certain pages

Hello

This might be a question against the spirit of wiki, but is it possible
to restrict the write and *read* access to certain pages on a wiki?
By restrict I mean only the sysop can see and edit these pages.

Thanks
