Sat Nov 11 - Milonga + Pre-milonga Lesson at the Phillips Center

This Saturday Nov 11 we are hosting a milonga at the Phillips Center. The
schedule for the evening is:

7:30 - 9 PM: Pre-milonga Lesson - "Expanding on Entries and Exits to Back
Ochos"
9 PM - 12 AM: The MILONGA - with the best tango music for social dancing

Cost:  $5 / $7 with lesson

Come and mingle and dance with local tango dancers. We always have a great
time.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

St Louis Festival: Dec 7-10, 2006 Restricted Registration!

Due to the tremendous response in early pre-registrations,
all the slots for followers have been filled. So we regret
to announce that we are no longer accepting registrations
for festival passes from followers who have not already
contacted us.

This is a small festival with enrollment strictly limited in
order to maintain a friendly, intimate and gender-balanced
event with an emphasis on social dancing.

There are however still slots available for leaders. Guys,
don´t miss this opportunity to dance with some of the
great followers that have registered. Contact us as soon as
possible to ensure your participation.

For followers who did not have a chance to register, we will be 
offering a limited number of la carte registrations for events on 
Thursday and Sunday evening only. More details will be available 
later.

The festival has developed a reputation for the high quality
of dancing and instruction, with dancers coming from all
around the country. Currently, we have dancers coming from
California, Oregon, Washington State, Arizona, New Mexico,
Texas, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Texas, Illinois, Oklahoma,
Indiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Ohio, Michigan,
Pennsylvania, New York, Georgia, Florida, N & S Carolina,
Maryland, Washington DC, as well as Canada. Many of these
are tango instructors.

St. Louis tango fest - looking for men to register with me...

Hola tangueros,

  The St. Louis fest this December is closed to followers but I was told that I could register if I found two men
to register with me. (2 men=1 woman?) 

  This doesn't mean that we will reenact the scene from The Tango Lesson in which Sally Potter dances with
Pablo, Fabian, and Gustavo all at once - but I wouldn't mind trying. ;)

  Are there any male dancers out there that might be planning on going and haven't registered yet? I can even
provide the car to get there...
