Mehdiapatnam school update

Here is a quick update about mehdipatnam school class room construction.

after slab work, there is no further progress on the work. contractor has brought bricks and kept at the school. He promised me that he will start work after ganesh chavithi. But it didnt happen. I am trying to reach the contractor for the last 2 weeks but he is not available. I will try to get contacts from SSA engineers.

For now, I wanted to say there is no further update on the construction work.

US CONFERENCE CALL - WEDNESDAY OCT 7TH 8.00 PM EST - HELPING FLOOD VICTIMS

US chapter Members are requested to make it to the conference call at 8pm EST (time can be adjusted to make sure most of us attend) to discuss measures/efforts we can take up here to collect funds/necessary required to help Flood Victims.

Guys, pls make it without fail, though the call is set up in short notice.

Since I am unsure if the original call service exists intact, lets follow up the conf call chain, and call and add eachother into the thread.

Mail back and confirm/acknowledge the same asap.

I may go with Rakesh/Umesh troupe on Wednesday to Naguladinne. Not sure. I will confirm tomorrow.

As of now I haven't promised any money from our group as this is not going to be a one time effort. My initial idea is to help the four villages mentioned by Kiran through TMAD group. Rakesh and co are going to Naguladinne to get the first hand info. of the problems and to understand/analyse the situation. Idea is to go again on the coming Saturday.

Let us be ready to work on this cause and start raising funds. We will be spending them, as required. Most probably in one of the villages mentioned by Kiran.

For Naguladinne, I want to approach my CSR group.
