Hello Friends,

The following are the meetings that I planned for Saturday. I
request interested members to join.

Morning: <Personal>

Going to attend a Satyanarayana Vratam in a friend's home. I knew
him through We Will Help You group and also through Sri Krishna
Konakanchi. He referred Suchorita's case
(http://tomakeadifference.net/med_suchoritabera.html) to us and also
Sai Kumar's case (http://tomakeadifference.net/med_saikumar.html).
We promised that we will provide for Medicines. I couldn't meet him
at all. So tomorrow I will be giving him Rs. 450 for the medicines
towards that case.

Afternoon:

Meeting with: Rahul Bhimjiani, Professor, ASCI
Time: Around 2:45 pm to 4 pm or so. One hour.
Causes: Defence and Batti Bandh
Venue: Administrative Staff College of India, Khairatabad

I am meeting Rahul Bhimjiani of Administrative Staff College. I knew
him through Ryze and we exchanged few mails. He is ready to support
us for our effort in Defence Cause and Batti Bandh. He already
forwarded the mail that I sent to him on Batti Bandh in ASCI.

So whoever are interested in Army Cause can plan to meet.

Evening:

Meeting with: Dr. Hemanth from Nellore
Time: Around 6 pm to 7 pm
Causes: Health
Venue: Dr. Sundar's hospital

The purpose of this meeting is Health, if we can get volunteers from
Hemanth's circle of friends and the third on how we can take up
activities in Nellore.

Hemanth requested his friend, a Web designer in Sum ToTal, to help
us in designing.

I know few friends of Nellore and I will invite them to see how we
can take up activities in Nellore and how they can support us here
(as some of them are staying here)

Other friends who missed us in different meetings and if possible,
Samtvana volunteers.

Whoever are interested please attend the meeting of your choice.

Hi Friends,

This is about our tasks and responsibilities.

As children would be busy preparing for exams, I do not think so
that we have much in our plate to work on Education.

Coming to Health, there are few cases on hand and Niloufer project.
We are also working on Batti Bandh.

The key volunteers:

Education: Vani, Karthik

Niloufer : Dr. Bala Sreenivas

Individual Medical Cases: Ravi Shankar, Satyakrishna, Karthik

Batti Bandh: Raghavendra, Vani, Prasanthi

RTI: Prasanthi, Harinath, Raghavendra

BOSF: Prasanthi

Web site updates: Pullarao, Phani Lalitha Jyothi

Finance updates: Satyakrishna, Prasanthi (we need two more members
here)

Administration(Receipt Books, Logo, T-shirts, Letter Pad) : Kasyap

Bank Account: Chaitanya, Ravi, Satyakrishna, Sarath and Viswanath

I would request our members to please come forward and work. Spare
at least a day for our group. If only few volunteers take up
everything, we cannot work effectively. Please take responsibility
even if something is a small task.

Meeting Management:

Chaitanya was doing it effectively and will do from April (once he
comes back to Hyderabad). Vani or Ravi take this responsibility and
mail the agenda to the group.

Where do you fit in? Which role you want to take?

Other dormant members, please respond. Take something or other which
you feel comfortable.

Once we take on the roles, Dr. Giri of Raman Foundation, would be
our Manager (overall), who monitors the activities and suggest
improvements.

Hi Friends,

Now that we have the Blr members consent also, let us plan the
celebrations.

Let us have a Program Manager from Hyd and Blr. Pavan or Adi would
be the PMs for Blr members.

Who will don the role of a PM for Hyd members? Chaitanya, Harinath,
Ravi and/or Kasyap.

Let us decide the days: Blr members are ready for two days. From my
end, I am also ready for two days.

The reason is we are not going to meet every year. This would be the
first and the last in the near future. So instead of meeting hurry
burry and leaving, let us have a comfortable stay and discussion.
Let us know each and everyone better.

Dates are confirmed: March 8th and 9th.

First Task: Finalize the no. of days
Second Tasks: Planning the activities and the places that we visit
Third Task: Planning the trip and estimate the cost per head
Booking tickets to and fro, booking the rooms in Kurnool (we will
stay in Kurnool and roam to near by places).

We need a Program Manager, Member Manager(to encourage members,
convince and take their consent) and Activity/Event Manager. Please
take the roles and liven up the spirit.

Please respond with your roles. Let us keep this thread active until
we finalize everything.
