Re: Expenses for Sireesha's treatment

Suresh Garu,

Namste. I will disclose the exact and accurate numbers of
expenditure. Basing upon the descriptions of expenditure, you can
classify them under Heads and Sub Heads. You can add, delete and
modify the heads depending upon real situtaion.

Regards
Krishna

towards the fact that since you would be dealing with sirisha
directly , you would be in a better position to just jot down the
expenses. It may not be an exact number but anything close to it
will help us work for securing the money.

Krishna.....pls save urself some time wherever you can...

Krishna...here are some little tuneups that might save time & stress to u:

As much as possible...ask sireeshas' parents to meet you at the place
of work directly. I dont' know how u are doing it...but...you going
and picking them up from their home is more time consuming. Now that
they are used to the places they are frequently visiting...I am sure
they can come down on their own. Are they familiar with the bus
routes? (If more visits are involved....helping them with bus pass
will avoid us giving them money ahead for tickets and all that abc's.
Might also be of help when they have to visit hospital in future and
have go in and out on work. Doesnt' govt provide free conveyance or
something such like cards they can show to travel in RTC for free
etc?? Just wondering...)

Make sure they understand that they have to be on time ( close to
atleast). U waiting and they showing up half hr later or hr
later....should be avoided if possible.

As and when possible...never hesitate to let the concerned officer or
staff know that you are very much waiting in the line...but might have
to go and take care of something quickly...(something related to this
case) and shall be back. U will be surprised how much this will come
of help at times. Try it and see :) when needed. Same goes around when
you have no time to wait in line. Mention that u r working for a
social organisation..and are supporting the case as part of it.
Explain that you have a full time business but are breaking up work
hrs for this job. Hey..an auto fellow understood what this is...wont'
another such exist somewhere else??

I dont' know how other members will feel about this...but...if ur next

Re: Latest Update: Reg. Sireesha!

Hey Krishna :) and Other active members... ( since the rest sleep
anyways...and I doubt if they even bother reading my long mails..)..

As happy as I am to note the contents of this mail....I cannot ignore
the fact that u r getting stressed managing the case on ur own.
Prasanthi..isnt' there something we can do about this??

Here is what I suggest/feel:

BACKUP/SUPPORT PERSON IN FIELD:
We need backup support for Krishna. A person who will assist him or
accompany him when there are important meetings scheduled or lots of
paper work involved. For example..I think one should accompany him on
the day of sireeshas' parents' interview with the govt officials. I
would also suggest that you actually brush up the parents' well about
the questions they might be asked..and how to answer them. (Krishna if
you can scan and post me the form or someother document that u need to
fill up for this interview...I/we can prepare a list of expected
questions based on it. Usually there is good info on those documents
suggesting what they are looking for or what criteria needs to match
for qualifying into Govt funding list.)

INTERACTING WITH VARIOUS CHARITY GROUPS:
Person who will backup krishna or someone els who is willing to spend
time....or can communicate really well/can put sireeshas' case details
in a right way across to charity organisations and trusts...or a
person who has experience in dealing with these people (foundations n
trusts etc.) can take care of the paper work and work towards
acquiring funds through these sources. (An NRI on this work would be a
