Well finally I've been able to get on and say hello to all of you.
I hope we will have a successful new year. My own San. are doing
very well this year, I have added heat this winter, and they seem to
love it. I hope it will cut my losses. I need to take off the shade
cloth, it's just too dark in there. Norma

Re: welcome our newest! Holiday plans & recipes for sans. fans.

--- Michael, by now you should have received my gift. That was one
of the first little San. I purchased, I still have the record where
it came, House of Cactus on Beach Blvd. Stanton, CA. I too went to
Manny Singers. I think Manny hooked a lot of us into the hobby. It
was contagious. We didn't even know that it was happening.

This winter I've added a heater, I cut back my watering next to
nothing for the next three months, I start to water again April 1,
but I still watch the weather, I have had hail on April 14 about
4years ago when I went to the Las Vegas CSSA conventation, so it can
happen. Mine are all under cover and inclosed. I only have two
hard leaf species in the house. I have been feeding them with Bayer
Rose food w/a stemic (spelling?) I can't even pronounce the word.
Help please They are growing very well, and seem like happy
campers.
