looks like that is asking/looking for a KDE4 and the QT library 
"libQtSql.so.4 on 1.5

Adam,

We'll have to take a look at the PBI, to ensure it's working properly 
for the system. Whats the URL to download and test this PBI? Also, what 
version did you make it for? If we can get the FreeBSD port updated with 
the latest, that would be the prefered way to go, because we can make a 
module for qBitTorrent then, so it updates the PBI for all versions 
automatically.

Please fill a PR with the update in question; if the maintainers don't
respond in a timely manner it will be committed via maintainer timeout.

Please drop linimon@... an email describing your efforts to
contact the maintainers, update the port, etc. He's the one from
portmngr <at>  that handles this king of issues.
