I got the boot floppy compiled and I think it hangs just after it prints
"jumping into kernel" in bochs,
as well as here on my laptop, booting from a cdrom via floppy emulation.
However, I'll try makehdimage and see where I get with that.

Take a look at you ips-value in your bochsrc-file. You may have to
change that to get bochs to emulate a faster CPU.

Subversion package

Hi there,

as promised, we have prepared packages for you to install. Please
report any problems you might encounter as soon as possible - I will
announce the availability of these packages tomorrow on the web site if
there aren't any show stoppers.

Subversion (R5+BONE):
	http://www.pinc-software.de/files/Subversion-1.1.3.pkg

OpenSSL/SSH R5 only (for BONE users, the BeBits stuff is sufficient):
	http://www.pinc-software.de/files/OpenSSL+SSH-for-subversion-R5.pkg

If all goes well, these are the packages that will be published
officially tomorrow, so you don't have to redownload them in case I
don't mention anything :-)

Bye,
   Axel.

Hmm do you need the random driver itself for svn ?
it's mostly used for ssl/h
(and I think it's missing a symlink in dev/

François.

I know, but since this is an updated driver, I wanted to make sure that
also BONE users will get it :-)

The install script should create the link - at least the line is there.
Didn't it work on your system?

Bye,
   Axel.

Just looked in the pkg, didn't install yet.

François.

Okay, good to know :-)

So it will be in both the SVN and the SSH package? Mmh...

No, it's only in the subversion package - the SSL/SSH package is
thought as an necessary add-on for R5 users.

Bye,
   Axel.

So the SSH package is not complete, i.e. fter installing it, the random
driver will still be missing? I don't think, this is a good idea.
