Port question

Regards,

From http://netbsd.org/Ports/#suggested-powerpc:

IBM RS/6000 (MCA based)
The pre-PowerPC RS/6000 machines were based on the POWER and POWER2
architecture, with Microchannel (MCA) bus. There is i386 MCA bus code in
NetBSD tree now, which would help with the MCA aspect.

Contact: netbsd-ports <at> NetBSD.org

Does this port work? I have an RS/6000 250 and Bull DPX/20 (soon) and would
like to put them to some use..

Thanks for any info!

Re: Port question

No. Some Linux guys did some work on it, but they've disappeared and
taken their code with them, which really sucks. I've decided I want to
tackle this port as well, so I bought the requisite reading on these
machines, and I feel like I could do pretty well if I could use that
other code as a starting point. As it stands though, I'm not sure if
I'll get to doing that port maybe until I enter grad school.

Port for iPAQ hp1930 - Samsung S3C2410 ?

Just wondering if anyone is working on a port of NetBSD for the iPAQ
1900 series of handheld devices?

According to the device, it's processor is a Samsung S3C2410.

Thanks.

Xbox

Hi! I was doing some research and found out that it is possible to run
Linux on my Xbox. I would really like this to be done with Xbox, too. I
am more than willing to help make this a possibility, but I have little
knowledge about kernels. I would like to know if you could add it to
your future ports. I would be happy with Xbox-Linux, but I prefer BSD
over Linux. The Xbox is actually an IBM computer, just with protection
against code other than MS. So, could you consider porting NetBSD to
the Xbox?
