add two new types of ports: these who have their source in
ports/foo/bar/dist/ and these who have their sources in an
own CVS module, to be placed under ports/Extras/≤modulename>

Samples for the first one: ssfe, sirc (forked from upstream),
MirPorts package tools, ...

Samples for the second one: CVS, GCC until we go 4.2, ...

Be careful with the licencing!
