* On Interix, there is no ldconfig
* Even on GNU, "ldconfig -m $dir" is definitively wrong

Only handle Interix for now. MirPorts on GNU/{Linux,Hurd,KFreeBSD}
is a definitve no-no for a LOOOOOONG time. Rather on MirOS Linux.
