I have two issues with the catalog system, and I want to know if there is a way around them:
1) Is there a way to remove a whole folder from the catalogue? I often want to catalog all the contents of a folder except for one folder that it contains. If I just deselect the folder from the contents list in the catalogue, it only removes the folder itself, but leaves the contents there. I can't lower the folder depth, because there are other folders in the source folder that I want to see.
2) I have found that Quicksilver catalogues items twice if they are in the catalog list twice. Some of my custom catalogue items conflict with the catalog items in the default Quicksilver list, or with items added by plugins, and it is annoying to have to deselect them from one of the catalogue items, and it can be time consuming, especially if the item is an entire folder (this links back to my first point).
Is there any way around these issues, and if not, is there any chance that they will be fixed?
