python-2.7 released !

Hi,

Python-2.7.0 released, I attached the diff file of bsd.python.mk
and the shar file of lang/python27 here.

Some days ago I filed a PR to require repocopy lang/python26 -->
lang/python27,
I changed its responsible to portmgr and its State to repocopy just now.

Regards,
wen
