New package: nedit-5.3-1

The package 'nedit' is now available with the Cygwin distribution.

DESCRIPTION:
============
NEdit is a multi-purpose text editor for the X Window System, which 
combines a standard, easy to use, graphical user interface with the 
thorough functionality and stability required by users who edit text 
eight hours a day. It provides intensive support for development in a 
wide variety of languages, text processors, and other tools, but at the 
same time can be used productively by just about anyone who needs to 
edit text. NEdit, which is entirely a volunteer effort, benefits from a 
strong developer and user community. As of version 5.1, NEdit may be 
freely distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

NEdit was originally developed on a Unix system and is available on all 
major Unix and Linux systems. But NEdit can also run on other platforms, 
if there is a working X environment available. For instance, NEdit runs 
on MacOS X, OS/2 and MS Windows.

The nedit-5.3-2 package has been updated in the Cygwin distribution.

Changes

1) Move the man pages from /usr/X11R6/share/doc/nedit-5.3 to 
/usr/X11R6/man.  (Caught by: Cary D. Renzema)
2) Change permissions on nc.exe and nedit.exe from 755 to 644.  (Caught

The package 'ImageMagick' is now available with the Cygwin distribution.

offered under a usage license to read, write, and manipulate an image
in many image formats (over 89 major formats) including popular

DESCRIPTION:

GNU DDD is a graphical front-end for command-line debuggers such as
GDB, DBX, WDB, Ladebug, JDB, XDB, the Perl debugger, or the Python
debugger. Besides ``usual'' front-end features such as viewing source
texts, DDD has become famous through its interactive graphical data
display, where data structures are displayed as graphs.

Changes
=======

1) winkeybd.c/winIsFakeCtrl_L - Call Sleep (0) if the first call to
PeekMessage returns nothing.  TweakUI occasionally causes the Alt_R
press/release to not be in the message queue at the time that we
receive the fake Ctrl_L press/release.  Calling Sleep (0) gives up the
rest of our time slice to other apps that need it, which causes the
Alt_R message to show up on our queue.  We can then call PeekMessage
again and check if the Alt_R is there or not.  If it is not there,
then we assume that we have a real Ctrl_L press, if it is there, then
we discard the fake Ctrl_L as usual.  I tested this with the
US-International layout and it seemed to work fine.  I originally
