_cygtls::handle_exceptions: Error while dumping state (probably corrupted

I've rebuilt the package with the same results, I also rebased the .dll's .
Xwindows starts in windowed mode, but no splash screen appears. Xwindows starts
fine with xinit and will load wmaker or fvwm. Trying to start metacity or
replace the current wm with metacity yields a similar Segmentation fault.
Multiwindow works fine, I have found that most programs generate a large number
of Status Access Violation errors. I understand that Vista limits the
stack to 1meg. rather than 8, does anyone know of some way to alter this? A
registry entry somewhere possibly? Any advise anyone might have would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks,
Tyler
