Cygwin 1.7.10 was released yesterday, and while I strongly recommend
upgrading, these packages were built for 1.7.9 and will work with that
version.

Highlights: 

* TeX Live
- Replaces the obsolete teTeX from the distro
- Added TeX editors for Emacs, Vim, GNOME, and KDE.

* Security fixes
- ffmpeg
- mysql

1.7.10 and are not guaranteed to work with any earlier version.

All dependent packages have been rebuilt.  The old libraries are now
listed under Misc and can be uninstalled if you have not built your own
software with them.

This isn't so much an upload as a transfer.  Over 150 packages have been
moved from Ports into the distro, including TeX Live and Qt4.  The few
updates are for packages which were rebuilt with openjpeg-1.5.0.  Please
be sure to update with current mirrors of both repositories to insure a
smooth upgrade.
