Updated: psmisc-22.14-1

I've updated the version of psmisc to 22.14-1.

This is an update to the latest stable upstream release.  Only a few
minor patches were necessary to build on Cygwin.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.

Updated: mintty-1.0.1-1

More than three years after starting to hack around on PuTTYcyg, and
following hundreds of tweaks, fixes, and enhancements, mintty now
seems sufficiently complete and stable, so I'm very happy to announce
the release of mintty 1.0. This is now on its way to the setup.exe
mirrors. Thanks again to everyone who contributed in one way or
another, in particular the people mentioned at
http://code.google.com/p/mintty/wiki/Credits.

CHANGES
=======
Since 0.9.9-1:
- Fixed a bug in the creation of utmp entries that limited the number
of mintty entries to 10.
- Prepared for the possibility of Cygwin switching to the Unix98 pty
naming scheme.
- Included semicolon in word selection, for the sake of URLs using
them to separate parameters.
- The cursor now is updated immediately when its shape is changed
using the DECSCUSR control sequence.

Mintty is a terminal emulator for Cygwin with a native Windows user

Updated: icu-4.8.1-1

The icu library, the IBM Internationalization Components for Unicode
was updated to 4.8.1-1.
It is not used yet in any package.
Packagers: Please check your dependencies for libicu38 or libicu45 and recompile
with libicu48.

Updated: gawk-4.0.0-1

I've updated the gawk package to 4.0.0-1.

This is the new upstream release.

Changes from to 3.1.8 to 4.0.0
------------------------------

1. The special files /dev/pid, /dev/ppid, /dev/pgrpid and /dev/user are
   now completely gone. Use PROCINFO instead.

2. The POSIX 2008 behavior for `sub' and `gsub' are now the default.
   THIS CHANGES BEHAVIOR!!!!

3. The \s and \S escape sequences are now recognized in regular expressions.

4. The split() function accepts an optional fourth argument which is an array
   to hold the values of the separators.

5. The new -b / --characters-as-bytes option means "hands off my data"; gawk
   won't try to treat input as a multibyte string.

6. There is a new --sandbox option; see the doc.

7. Indirect function calls are now available.

8. Interval expressions are now part of default regular expressions for
   GNU Awk syntax.

9. --gen-po is now correctly named --gen-pot.

Updated: libpng10-1.0.56-1

The libpng packages offer the standard libraries for manipulating
PNG files, a turbo-studly lossless image format.  This is a security
update for the backwards-compatibility 1.0.x version of this library.

This DLL, cygpng10.dll, is now officially obsolete and there will be
no further updates -- not even to resolve security issues.  No application
in the cygwin distribution uses this DLL -- and user applications have
had ten years to adapt to the 1.2.x API (and the 1.4.x API has actually
been available for over 18 months).
