I noticed that the bar graphs for my works in Special:IndexPages were out of
date, and so I purged the Index pages (by adding ?action=purge to the URL), but
to my surprise this made the bar graphs blank. See these links. This happened
after the upgrade to Mediawiki 1.19. Maybe it was broken earlier, but it worked
fine a year ago.

Are you sure you were looking at the right place? If just CheckUser was
updated, core MediaWiki might stay at r112130, well CheckUser extension would
have the updated version number.

There is no difference in MediaWiki between a "file" and an "image". If you
want you can change the other bug to use the word "media" or "file". All media
types (not just images) are implied by the other bug. hence dupping

Including actual error message in bug title (  UploadStashFileNotFoundException
) for easier searching and for people too lazy to look at image ;)

Only if the full dir has been sync'd... If it's just 1 file, it won't
