Date handling changed in SF 1.8.5; do you know if this is still a problem for

This capability now exists in Semantic Forms, as of version 1.8.3; you just
need to add the following to the top of the form definition:

Changing this to a Semantic MediaWiki issue - there would have to be a
wiki-wide SMW setting to enable a date format other than yyyy/mm/dd.
