fix for Special:GoogleMapsKML name

due to this change, any attempt to go to Special:GoogleMapsKML (including the
links autogenerted by the googlemapkml tag), get redirected to
Special:Google_Maps_KML, which doesnt exist

please change the name to the version without the spaces.

not sure if the patch i'm attaching will work, as i diffed it out of a
different svn.

. The community voted against the use of autoformatting of dates (286 opposed
it which around 200 supporting it) - the way to implement the results of the
poll is to sit dynamic dates to false - autoformatting of dates will be removed
in articles but users can still have there own preference of dates formats in
article histories/logs e.t.c.

There are some private config files though. I recall domas saying there used to
be some system for this.

Note that the rename job queries are much more efficient now and the job queue
is stabler (mainly tim fixing bogus jobs from flooding the table).
