[Bug 3848] googlebot shouldn't be given spoilers

It is not technically possible for us to prevent Google from indexing spoilers -
how is the software supposed to know what is a spoiler and what isn't?

How would you define archives in a machine-understandable way?

Meta-Wiki is a Wikimedia site. According to Rob Church on
the Mediawiki-l list, Wikimedia sites use a "weird and
wonderful caching system". It's possible that the Wikimedia
caching system hides this defect.

Ahh, also, ii: and za: have "Chinese Conversion".

This is unnessecary and (potentially) confusing as the people who use these WPs
almost exclusively use Simplified Chinese (Zh-cn).

As the computer, I don't necessarily know what "existing archives for that talk
page" are. Can you explain how one would go about looking for them in a regular,
mechanistic way, given a talk page?

How would they work? What would they look like? How are they organized?

I know Meta-Wiki is a Wikimedia site - when they were
being upgraded to 1.6beta, it looked like the projects
were done separately, and there are many different
aspects (the English Wikipedia login page is
particularly different), so I thought they might use
different caching systems too.

[Bug 3852] New: "Redirected from" link obscured on double-redirects

http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3852

Summary: "Redirected from" link obscured on double-redirects
           Product: MediaWiki
           Version: 1.6-cvs
          Platform: All
               URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:How_to_revert
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: Redirects
        AssignedTo: wikibugs-l@...
        ReportedBy: brion@...

The subtitle text on redirect pages has been overridden to say 'Redirect page'. While
kind of neat, this obscures the 'Redirected from' backlink if the reason you're seeing
the page is that it's a double-redirect. This makes it difficult to figure out what's
going on and fix the problem.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create [[A]] with text: #redirect [[B]]
2) Create [[B]] with text: #redirect [[C]]
3) Go to [[A]]

Expected results:
Title "B"
Subtitle "Redirected from [[A]]", with backlink
pretty redirect icon, and link to C
