You have made no mention of MediaZilla, which saddens me a bit. I don't
know about others, but personally, I would find a wiki page quite
difficult to keep overviewable and organised, which is why I helped
install MediaZilla. I think it is easier to prioritise individual items
in MediaZilla, or break them up into constituent parts, etc. A
developer can express their wish to take care of a particular bug or
feature by simply assigning the item to themselves. The board can
express their offer to pay for a particular feature or bug by simply
adding a keyword (and perhaps leaving a comment with the amount). It
can't really get any easier than this.
