Style of third level sections...

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

In W3C Specifications,

- - First level sections are very large, bold, and blue.

- - Second level sections are large, normal weight, and blue.

- - Third level sections are normal size, bold, and black.

I find the transition from "blue" to "black" very jarring. In
particular, these sections lose the appearance of being section
dividers.

This problem is particularly noticable in documents like the XSL/XML
Query Data Model where paragraphs discussing infoset properties often
contain a fair amount of bold text.

Is there any possibility that a different style might be applied?

                                        Be seeing you,
                                          norm

RE: Style of third level sections...

We could make the third level headings blue also.

All the best, Ashok

RE: Style of third level sections...

I agree it doesn't look too good when there's lots of bold text around. One answer might be to use less bold text... and (in the case of the Data Model spec) to avoid using <code> in a heading.

formats for publishing of recommendations

  Dear Sirs or Madams,

I would like to have all of the technical recommendations, working drafts, candidate recommendation and
so on, available in several formats (not just html or xml). I would like to have as addition PDF (for A4),
html-tar.gz. versions, published with and referenced from the recommendations (like
http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/ -> this version)

The idea is that I would be able to print and assimilate them more easily and without additional efforts. I
don't thing that it is so difficult to make it, if you already have the document's sources.

It is not really a question, but a comment about the technical recommendations/working drafts. I am not
sure, that this is the right address to send my mail to, so please forward it, if necessary.
  Best wishes
      Diljan Palauzov
