Re: editor discussion continued...

Stani's Python Editor (http://www.stani.be/python/spe/blog/) is free,
and probably has the closest feature list to Wing. I've been burned in
the past by mishandling of indentation levels and just use gvim.

Joel and Rebecca

Please keep our PBC instructor Joel Burton and his partner Rebecca
Weaver-Gill in mind. Rebecca was in a very serious bicycle accident in
San Francisco on Sunday. She is pulling out of it OK, but she had some
trauma and is in the hospital until the end of the week. Joel is by her
side around the clock. He's got one Bay Area boot camp to deliver at the
end of this month, and two next month (NYC and Portland). Rebecca has
been acting as registrar for the upcoming Plone Boot Camps.

Coral8, Inc. is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to work on major
enhancements to our testing framework which is written in Python and to
handle both implementation and execution of automated tests for our
flagship product. We are a well-funded start-up located in Mountain
View. Our CEO, Terry Cunningham, was the founder of Crystal Decisions
(the maker of Crystal Reports) who, after selling Crystal Decisions to
Seagate in 1994, served as the President of Seagate Software, leading
the merger of Seagate's Network and Storage Management Group with
VERITAS in 1998.

We are now shipping version 4.0 of the Coral8 Engine, a cutting-edge
technology infrastructure product that provides complex event processing
and analysis for continuous streams of data at rates which can exceed
hundreds of thousands of rows a second with subsecond latency. Please
check out our website, www.coral8.com, where you can learn more about
our technology and how it can be used to dramatically improve the
ability to deal with massive flows of incoming data from sources such as

BarCamp

Hey, we had some folks on #trizpug yesterday. Come join in again today.

irc://irc.freenode.net/%23trizpug

So there's this thing called BarCamp. They are held all over the world.
They are technology *sharing* days. It's kind of like Burning Man. That
is, if you come, you have to be a participant, and not just a spectator.
  Sharing.

There's on at NCSU on July 22:

http://barcamp.org/BarCampRDU

You have to sign up fast.

Given that we're getting good at lightning talks, what do you peeps
think about going to BarCamp as a group?

Sign up now. Think about what we can do later. It's limited to the first
300 sign ups and it's already got over 100.

Since they put Ruby on Rails, Drupal, and Mambo on the list of possible
sessions, I think this demands an answer from TriZPUG.

Re: BarCamp

BarCamp sounds very cool to me. I would really like to come, but not
sure if I should sign up as my wife is expecting a baby on that day.
Sorry for missing the last meeting, but I was in England for my sister's
wedding. I am rather peeved as it sounds like it was a good'un!
