Meeting this evening

If you were planning to go to the office for this evening's meeting because you heard I will be there,  don't.  Quinn isn't going to be on the online meeting due to the all-orgs callout,  and Quinn,  Thor,  and I have been the only ones showing up to the online meetings. So I think we're just going to cancel tonight's meeting and go over anything next week.  If you had anything you wanted to say,  just reply to this email.

Microsoft Talk Tonight - Information for all about evaluating your CS future career

Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to make a quick note. There is going to be a tech talk tonight about your future career and how to prepare for it that will be really beneficial to anyone in tech related fields. The talk is by Rondell a Microsoft recruiter. There will also be free pizza and prizes if you bring a resume.

Also, OpenDNS has a program that they will sponsor free food and swag to user groups when they have a meeting. I sent them an email and they have responded so I am in the works of setting up something with them. I was thinking we could have some talk related to networking / the internet / security. What do you guys think would be interesting? Also so we have anyone who would be interested in contributing to the talk?

Re: Microsoft Talk Tonight - Information for all about evaluating your CS future career

Well I'm a bit fuzzy as of late on IPv6, but if DNS will change
significantly when it rolls out properly I would be interested in
that. Also, the inner workings of DNSSec would be cool. And perhaps
something about how that nasty proposed legislation that prompted what
is touted as the largest protest in history (probably because it was
an easy protest to join) would break DNSSec. (Would it? I didn't
research that as much as I could have either...)

Re: Programming on the Cloud

All projects on the free tier are public and there is not yet team collaboration. What about BitBucker? Unlimited public/private repositories w/ team collaboration.
