Re: Projects for students

My humble request to you would be to not analyze things.

Instead try to motivate students thro' positive ideas. If possible
try to throw in some technical tips. I wish to quote this here.

"Nearly everything we do will be insignificant but it is very
important that we do it. "

 -- Mahatma Gandhi

The problem with we seniors is that we only demotivate since
we have seen failures. But young students need motivation.
If you can motivate them, do it. If not it is better to keep quiet.

Please don't misunderstand me. I don't mean to point my finger
at anyone.

I really appreciate Chandradeep's efforts to share his experiences. I
really respect his experience and his efforts to make it known to the
public. It takes a great deal of strength and courage to openly speak
of one's failings.

I would urge more of the seniors to narrate their experiences.
Doesn't matter if it is success or failure. It will help students.
They will figure out what is good for them automatically.

I disagree with Chandradeep as far as my experience goes.
No, I don't mean to say he is wrong, definitely not. Just that my
experience is different.

Cant it be seen as a way to kindle innovation in students? When three doors
are closed, you try to find a fourth door.

PS: Reference to the the author of the quoted text stopped as he wished so.
