Even if we do nothing, ilugc would not be the same; change is inevitable.
For example, there was a time when ilugc and IIT were synonymous and
nobody thought of meeting more than once a month.
The issue is do we want this particular change? What are the pluses and
what arethe minuses? How do we handle them?

Even the very laid back and co-operative folks at Secure Net SOlutions
had a lot of difficulty in giving money to a non-existent organization!.
Please remember we dont have a letter head, address, office bearers ....
all the trappings of a formal org.
So who is being paid? who will account? .....
It is possible to be formal without funds but funds without being formal may
be
next to impossible.
