Testing

Don't mind me, just testing something with the mailing list. The last two

(no subject)

IMPORTANT: Make sure you read this carefully.

This is a form letter.

WHAT IS HAPPENING
-----------------
This mailing list will shortly be moving from xcski.com to list.xcski.com.
The move will have several advantages:

    - The list will live on a professional system with 24 hour tech
support so things will keep running if I go away for a weekend.

    - Less mail will be wrongly classfied as spam.

    - Faster outgoing mail processing.

    - Old e-mail addresses will be purged, and the new list will accurately
      reflect current readership.

There is one disadvantage - because of limited disk space, the list will
no longer be archived. However, very few or none of you ever used the
archives, so this is not a great loss.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO
-------------------
You will shortly recieve an "invitation" to the new list. This will
consist of an email that has a subject that looks something like "confirm
0e8cdfbd67c7a0b69056f801c4dabf9512f2ae59" (although the long string will
differ). The message will contain instructions, but basically you can
either:
    1) Reply to the message
    2) Click on the URL inside the message
IF YOU DON'T DO THIS, YOU WON'T BE SUBSCRIBED TO THE NEW LIST.
If you miss the invitation, you can subscribe yourself in one of two ways:
    1) Go to http://list.xcski.com/mailman/listinfo/cineon
    2) Send email to cineon-subscribe@...

Once you're subscribed to the new list, every place where in the past you
would have used "xcski.com", you now use "list.xcski.com". For instance,
you can edit your list options at
http://list.xcski.com/mailman/options/cineon and you send email to the
mailing list by sending it to cineon@...
