I didn't send it. Looks like a virus that's forging headers:

Question Regarding Websphere 5.1, Spring, and JTA transactions

Has anyone been able to configure and get Spring (1.1.2) Transactions
working with JTA and Webpshere 5.1? I have been working and working
with the configuration to get it working properly without any luck. I
have gotten the same thing working on JBoss 4.0.1, but the Websphere
transactions are giving me problems. Does anyone know of a tool I can
use to see the JNDI tree for Websphere? This would allow me to
reverse engineer the name to pass to the Spring configuration.

On a side note, if anyone is looking for a job, we are looking for a
senior level java developer with experience with Spring and enterprise
level systems. You can send your resume to me and I will pass it on
to the proper people.

Thanks,
Brian Ashburn

Java/Hibernate e-commerce open source project: ElasticPath

For being open source these guys have the best website, demo, an actual discussion of their architecture and features etc...

http://www.elasticpath.com/

Should you be considering an e-commerce app, shopping cart inventory management, the above is so far the best I've seen.  It's java/hibernate based too.

Other open source frameworks like this have been PHP / apache based, which is great, but not as compatible with my work's env as  java under any web/java container du jour.

Has anyone used ElasticPath or other open source (java) e-commerce apps?

tnx curt

RE: Java/Hibernate e-commerce open source project:ElasticPath

Was curious about ElasticPath and just checked their site, but it doesn’t appear that the product is open source.  They advertise that it can run on a 100% open source stack, but the ecommerce app itself is pay-for-play to the tune of $13K.

Bummer…

Re: Java/Hibernate e-commerce open source project:ElasticPath

Ooops, thanks Allan!   Marc Fleury's comment on the home page and company tie in with open source threw me.  Still not out ragously expensive, but not free / open source either.

Never the less a good example of a simple product web site and demo, IMO.

Ok, has anyone used or know of an open source, java based, e-commerce framework?   I know of oscommerce, a PHP/apache/mysql, framework that's quite complete I hear.

I have heard good things about Open For Business (http://www.ofbiz.org).
