Apology to Saix

Having only a few thousand email users we deal with few 
South African Spam complaints

Today me and our techs realised that Saix deals very very
effectively with SPAM, so much so that when Iburst bursts
forth with tens of thousands of SPAM messages we automatically
complain to SAIX.

Sorry Saix, you are the best in dealing with SPAM, even better
than IS (and IS is seriously good as well), sorry for automatically
sending you complaints that have nothing to do with you...

You know SAIX people? I always picture them as dodgy bearded goth people
roaming around dark datacenters or something.

I do indeed Colin. Some Telkom guys too.
Some of them are very competent, very nice people. Others, well...  
'nuff said.
You try working in a stifling, large corporate, ex-parastatal  
environment for longer than a few months and see if you're still sane  
though... ;)

As if. I believe that Telkom has more subscribers on IOZ than any
other organisation does. They are all just a bit shy.

   Insanity is a job requirement in government or parastatals for that
   matter -  There is an art to not getting strangled by all the red tape
   in an environment like that

once savaged by the PR and Communications directorate (some formidable

SAIX and Hetzner are the best at dealing with and keeping you in the loop of
spam reports in my limited experience.  Bravo guys.
