JBSWU_Monitor beta

I have uploaded a beta of a new version of JBSWU_Monitor. The major change in
this version is a new method of retrieving credit information. It is a beta
because this change is significant enough that I am not sure it will work for
everyone.

This new method of obtaining credit data promises to be more efficient and
reliable than the method used by JBSWU up till now. Those of you who have been
using JBSWU for a while know that the credit retrieval has been broken several
times by changes to the Seti web pages. This beta now downloads a single XML
file whose format should not change significantly or as often as the HTML used
previously.

Please help me test this beta, especially if you are monitoring multiple hosts
or if you who are running JBSWU on Windows. To test this beta:
1) Save this message! The readme's have not been updated yet and this message
is the only source of information specific to this beta.
2) Make sure you backup or can reinstall your current JBSWU in case this beta
does not work for you.
3) Download JBSWUbeta.zip from the files section of this group.
4) Unzip this zip file. Perhaps you might want to use a new directory so that
you can more easily switch back to the previous JBSWU if needed.
5) IMPORTANT: This beta requires a new parameter which is not set during
installation. You will have to add it manually to the command line (or the
parameters field of the icon). This parameter specifies the installation
directory of the BOINC software. The format is:
BOINC_DIR=<BOINC-directory-here>; NOTE: BOINC_DIR must be upper case and the
directory name should be followed by a semicolon, ";". Do NOT specify the "bin"
subdirectory of the BOINC directory. For example, if BOINC is installed to
C:\Apps\Boinc, then your command would look something like:
	jbswu_monitor BOINC_DIR=C:\Apps\Boinc;
