 This didn't solved my problem. I think that perl is not fully installed.
What can I do to install it again & then to reinstall Net::Telnet? (Is there
a rpm for RedHat 9 to reinstall perl & net::telnet on top of those installed
before???). I'm new in this area so pls be speciffic.

Yes, it's marked as executable by all.
I've tryed to run MRLG from the root account, the user account & from other
hosts but the seme error: Internal server Error (500).
(http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/mrlg.cgi & the mrg.cgi is in var/www/cgi-bin/)

I think that perl is not fully installed.
What can I do to install it again & then to reinstall Net::Telnet? (Is there
a rpm for RedHat 9 to reinstall perl & net::telnet on top of those installed
before???). I'm new in this area so pls be speciffic.

You really should check your webserver (error-)logs. They should give
you an indication why the script hasn't been executed properly.

Try to run the mrlg.cgi by hand, this should generate some html code (and 
content-type line before the code), or gove you some errors which you can 
use to find the problem and the solution...

 HELLO everyone,

I finaly discovered where the problem was. I looked into the Apache error
log and I found out that the NET::PERL was not properly installed.
CASE CLOSED.
