[Bug 1563] rtp analysis: wireshark hangs while creating huge file in /tmp

I can't seem to reproduce this in 0.99.9 (rev 24651) but I've nver used the RTP
stuff before.  What I did:

- open the attached file in Wireshark
- filter "udp.checksum_good==true" to find packets with a good UDP checksum
- click on one of the RTP packets
- Statistics->RTP->Stream Analysis
  -> save the payload

That all worked fine.

Is there something I'm missing?

memcopying a tvb into a struct and then reading from that is a non portable way
of programming. Read the values from the tvb directly.

updated patch to add nd rdnss support (no memcpy into struct)

I updated the patch, sorry for doing the memcpy but that's was is done
everywhere in the file and since I'm not familiar with the codebase I took the
inspiration from the other cases in the file.

FYI other places that do the copying into struct thing in this file:
    opt = &nd_opt_hdr;
    tvb_memcpy(tvb, (guint8 *)opt, offset, sizeof *opt);

        pi = &nd_opt_prefix_info;
        tvb_memcpy(tvb, (guint8 *)pi, offset, sizeof *pi);

    case ND_OPT_REDIRECTED_HEADER:
