Node

I'm looking to create a access node. I'm just south of lake union near REI. when I scanned the area I notice a swn-seaccp-yagi and swn-seaccp-omni. Who owns this node and can I link to it?

thanks

Phil

Lucent RG-1000 password reset?

Hello Family,

Well, it serves me right I guess...

I took a chance and bought a RG-1000 wireless AP with no
powersupply. Today I found the right one at Radio Shack, boots
fine. Downloaded the default AP manager and "Freebase" and no
matter what I try I cannot reset the password.

I found a great bit of information on the Seattle list and came to a
dead end when all the links on this page proved to be no longer in
existance.

(question)

Am I to just throw this in the garbage or is there "ANY" hope to get
it working?

TIA

publicip.net- up/running

Thanks for the link to publicip.net

For those as in the "dark" as I was about this:
Very neat. A CD-run image of LINUX, including NO-CAT that defaults to go to THEIR authentication server,
with an option to
use YOURS (by using a floppy).
THE DISTRIBUTION itself runs off of a floppy!

Thanks again for link,

Can one of the admins, please help us create this list?

I (for one) would really appreciate it (and my mail/list server isn't up yet, otherwise I'd host it!)

proposed list name:
wrt54g-sveasoft and nocat
Proposed (anticipated) subscriber base:
ANY One operating (especially as ISP) a WRT54G based node

Perhaps we can ask to start another list
(linksyswrt54G/sveasoft ) anyone?

What I'd like to see/hear is:
If you;re using this have you also installed no-cat on a separate box? or tried to put that on thedownload too?
