Re: Thinstation 2.2beta9

a little more information would help, ie what bug?, symptoms, did you fix it?, how?

Couple of little ones (haven't done my proper testing yet)

- README.<package> files for firefox, flash, tclkit should probably be
placed in the Docuentation folder
- nx client has already changed to -141 (-135 in the
build.conf.example). We've got to find a better way to handle their
changes.... hmmm)
- shouldn't we include a packages firefox line in build.conf.example?

Looks good! Very promising for a tidier ts.conf.

I tried to add lprng as a test to see PRINTER_0 stuff getting added to ts.conf.sample - and nothing happened! That confused me a bit untill I realized that this particular package has a bug...! Build actually reports this too, but I didn't notice. Typical to pick the buggy package for the first test :-)

Good work!

Mike

beta9: web admin still broken

<TS ip>:6800 still doesn't work. Is busybox still 1.0.1 as on the rsync server? The most recent busybox is 1.1.1. And there is an important tftp patch (double buffering) on their bug tracker that I can't fidure out if is in 1.1.1 or not.

Beta9: missing firefox icon in icewm during alt-tab

When running icewm and toggling among windows using alt-tab, the firefox icon is missing whereas any other icon is there (as far as I have noticed).

Actually it is the same thing in 2.1.x. Anybody having any ideas?

Re: beta9 installing to TS-O-MAtic site

Yes, thats correc't. The Tarantella file has been unavailable for a long time by now (6+ months). I suggest we just plain drop support for Tarantella. I can't remember we've has a single user.
