I did that and I could go futher and run
the command on the router but its still not pulling the configs….here is
the logfile….would really appreciate any help….thanks a zillion
times in advance…..

You need to set
autoenable to 1 in /usr/local/rancid/.cloginrc.
For example:
What you are seeing is
that clogin is waiting for a user level prompt in order to request enable mode
until it times out.
