adding a filter for filtering out a specific poster

Hello,

I am searching for a documentation or help for adding a filter to cleanfeed.
I want to filter a usenet poster with a given from address.

example: From: "John Doe" foo <at> bar.dom

I want to delete these posts without any further notification or review.
