one-sided comm with OpenMPI-MX

Hello,

Is one-sided communication supported with the combination OpenMPI 1.1.2
and MX-2G 1.1.6 on PCIXD NIC's?

Just double checking: is the Linux kernel 2.6.16 supported?

Thanks,

I am still working on native one-sided in MX. It still needs about 2
weeks of work, so it should be in 1.3.0 (1.2.1 will come out any day now).

At the moment, I don't know if OpenMPI emulate one-sided on top of
two-sided.

Yep.

RE: one-sided comm with OpenMPI-MX

Thank you Patrick.

I currently have a mix of PCIXD's and PCI64B's. I will be ordering PCIXD
replacements for the 64B's and move from MPICH-GM 1.2.6 to MX-OpenMPI
sooner than later.

Thanks,
