[task #4398] Not random download for _specific_ files


Follow-up Comment #3, task #4398 (project mldonkey):

Added untested patch linear_download.patch:

new option file_random_download in swarmer section of files.ini

file_random_download = true (default) -> current hard-coded default
file_random_download = false -> linear download

Currently no GUI stuff coded, value has to be changed manually
in files.ini while MLDonkey is not running. GUI stuff will be
done later when this patch is proven to work.

Follow-up Comment #12, task #4755 (project mldonkey):

hi I tested this patch (waiting for this so long)... but it seems priorities
gone after mlnet kill... And also If I have some time I would like to make
some cosmetic HTML corrections to this patch... Should I wait for apply ? or
can I change now ?
