[task #4313] Enhancing Multiuser abilities


Follow-up Comment #19, task #4313 (project mldonkey):

New patch on-top of current patch,
patches #4950 and #4954 have to applied before multiuser patches

- changed file_users implementation from "CommonTypes.ui_user list" to
"string list"
- BT downloads should have correct user entries (to be tested)
