[bug #12910] File name after commiting is changed to someting like "______________________"

Follow-up Comment #36, bug #12910 (project mldonkey):

I have similar problem. But no matter what I changed the LC_CTYPE to, the
language and locale showed is always "EN" and "ANSI_X3.4-1968". Why?

I've tried 2.5.30-16 and 2.6.4.

[bug #14322] Some downloads get state Paused without running out of space

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #14322 (project mldonkey):

I've seen the following:
Sometimes, when I add many (edonkey) files to my download queue, some are
paused. As soon as some finish or I cancel some, I can unpause the paused
ones, but not before.

My guess is that it happens when the mlnet process runs out of file
descriptors.
