Hi,

       My jabber server seems to automatically log users out after a while. it's not inactivity because my custom jabber client (we use it in our web product) sends a few bytes of nonsense every couple of minutes, just to keep the connection alive. However, some users still lose connection, without any indication in the logs as to why.

       This used to happen a lot more, but the heartbeat implementation got rid of most cases, but not all. Can anyone offer some sage advice on what it could be? It's not the routers dropping idle connections because the heartbeat does get sent. I looked through the jabber config, and saw nothing pertaining to an inactivity timeout.
