cp-1251

Hello!

I'm sittind in a DC network, where most people use Russian Windows
with client like rmDC++ (http://p2p.molod.ru/img_help/159.jpg) and give
to a files navive names in CP-1251 set. Local system is Mandrake with
locale CP-1251 too.

Valknut's FileBrowser have dropdowns for change encoding while viewing
a filelist from remote machine, but Search pane is not.

Additionally, it seems that download module doesn't work with native
names (or prefer Unicode?)

In source files, I've seen an ISO-8859-1 codepage set as default. Is
there any paches to change this to CP-1251 and does this help me to
search and download files with CP-1251 filenames or not?
